At Side Eye, we aim to deliver your order with the same level of care and precision that goes into each frame.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation. During peak periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada & Mexico: 5-10 business days
  • Central America, South America & Caribbean: 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. International transit times depend on customs clearance in the destination country.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We currently ship throughout North, Central, and South America from our New York fulfillment center.

International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. They are calculated by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Customs charges vary significantly by country and can range from a small percentage to over 50% of the order value, depending on your country's import regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order if you would like to estimate potential charges.

If a package is refused at delivery due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund issued.

Side Eye is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Side Eye is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier.
