We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, including case, cloth, and tags. Proof of purchase is required. Please note: ORDERS PLACED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@sideeye.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
A flat return shipping fee of $12 USD will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
For exchange requests, please reach out to info@sideeye.com. We'll guide you through the next steps based on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use, or on any orders where a discount code was applied at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus the $12 return shipping fee. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, the 14-day return window begins upon receipt of the item. The discount code exclusion does not apply to EU customers, who retain full statutory withdrawal rights.
